1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Rival Fitness (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Rival Fitness mobile application (“App”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own, in accordance with Apple’s Usage Rules.

3. Subscriptions (Auto-Renewing)

Rival Fitness offers the following subscription plans:

Monthly Plan: $6.99 per month
Yearly Plan: $49.99 per year

Billing Terms:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Free Trials (if applicable):

Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon subscription purchase.

Refunds:

All purchases are final, except where required by law or Apple policy.

4. Health Disclaimer

Rival Fitness is a fitness tracking and motivational tool.

It is not a medical device
It does not provide medical advice
Consult a healthcare provider before starting any fitness program

Use at your own risk.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Harass or abuse other users
Manipulate or falsify fitness data
Attempt unauthorized access

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy:

7. Intellectual Property

All content and software are owned by Rival Fitness and protected by law.

You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate access at any time for violations of this Agreement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rival Fitness is not liable for:

Injuries
Data loss
Service interruptions

11. Apple Terms

Apple is not responsible for:

The App
Maintenance or support
Claims related to the App

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement.

12. Changes

We may update this Agreement at any time.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
